"Great, small hotel in a sleepy very small city. Otaru is absolutely fantastic. Amazing food, but don’t expect late nights out. Clean, comfortable room and a super helpful staff. Ski room was a nice feature. No free parking, but for a city, and it wasn’t too pricey. 1000 yen/night. The only thing it’s missing is an onsen, but there are a few public ones close by. We stayed here while skiing Kiroro; great small mountain. Both Otaru and Kiriro were perfect for a local feel and not having a western resort vibe. 👍"

"This was a lovely stay in Otaru. Pleasant staff and our room was unexpectedly ready early (rare in Hokkaido). The free wine in the lounge is a lovely perk. Rooms are small but functional with hot water showers. Could use a bit more storage in the bathroom, but we made it work. Staff are all friendly and the breakfasts were massive and delicious. Thanks for the great stay!"

"ห้องเล็กตามสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น ช่วงเช้ากดกาแฟฟรีที่หน้าล้อบบี้ได้ถึงประมาณ 9.30 น. ห้องพัก ข้อดี สะอาดดี ห้องไม่มีกลิ่น เตียงนอนสบาย ชักโครกมีที่ฉีดก้น ฝักบัวน้ำแรงมากสะใจ สบู่หอมดี ข้อเสีย นึกไม่ออก มาจากรถไฟสถานีโอตารุ เดินเข้ามาทาง shopping street ไม่ไกล และไม่ลื่นหิมะ มีทางเข้าโรงแรมจากด้านตลาดด้วย ข้อดี ในห้องมีไดร์เป่าผม เครื่องฟอกอากาศ ผ้าเช็ดตัว สบู่เหลว ยาสระผม ครีมนวด กาแฟดริป ชา น้ำดื่ม กาต้มน้ำ หวี แปรงสีฟัน ชุดนอน รองเท้าแตะเอากลับได้ ข้อเสีย “ไม่มีหมวกคลุมผม”ให้ โลเคชั่นดี สามารถเดินเที่ยวได้รอบเลย เดินไปตลาด sankaku ได้ เดินไปคลองโอตารุได้เลยใกล้มาก และเดินเลยไปถึงหอนาฬิกาได้เลย "
