"Super convenient spot, it's within walking distance to pretty much everything. Had two different reservations and both times felt really safe and both rooms were great. Staff was also really helpful. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Madrid. "

"My only complaint is the room had no windows but I probably should have checked prior to arrival. The area is safe and close to the subway and many tourist attractions. The lobby doesn’t have staff 24/7 but I never needed to ask for much. The cleaning staff did an excellent job refilling everything "

"Modern room. Very quiet. Great lighting. Loved the bunk beds for our daughters. We slept great. Close to everything. A little hidden, but front desk is very responsive helping us into the building (messaged via WhatsApp). Overall, excellent value for location and room quality. We'll stay here again for sure. "

"Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time. "

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"1) The room was good. We were a party of three and thus had to use the pull-out sofa bed, which made things a bit crowded, but if we were a 2-person group instead, it would be more than enough space. 2) The rooftop bar was extremely crowded every time we went there, but the view is sufficiently photo-worthy as to be worth going up to see at least once. It open at 10:30am, though food and drink service opens at 11am, and we recommend going at that time to avoid the crowd. 3) it’s near the quite a lot of good restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions. Everything is within a 20 minute or so walk, which made our entire trip very convenient. "
