Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). "There was so much that was wrong with our stay. First, it was not the apt as shown in the pictures. The lighting was dreary —only one overhead light in the bedroom and living room. The front door didn’t lock and the rugs on the stairs and in the living room were disgustingly dirty.
