"We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. "The condo was absolutely beautiful and fresh. Fernando was an amazing host. The toen is beautiful and the people friendly and accommodating. Great restaurants in this area. We could hear the beach waves from the condo. It was soothing and calming. The beach is magnificent! The condo is well equipped. Grocery within walking distance. "The property itself is lovely, well equipped and comfortable. However the description and photographs of the exterior space are completely misleading. There is no outside terrace only a table by the front door on the driveway. No mention was made of upstairs tenants who park their car by the outside table. We were informed one toilet was faulty on arrival. This was not fixed. We were also informed 24 hours before arrival that we had to sign a contract and hand over 150€ in cash as surety. The...

"House was fine for what we needed it for. A bit dusty like it hadn’t been used in while. There is a tenant in the back that we only found out about a week before check-in but he kept to himself. Parking was a bit tough but we had 16 people stay at the property. Over all it did it’s job for the price we paid."
