"The property itself is lovely, well equipped and comfortable. However the description and photographs of the exterior space are completely misleading. There is no outside terrace only a table by the front door on the driveway. No mention was made of upstairs tenants who park their car by the outside table. We were informed one toilet was faulty on arrival. This was not fixed. We were also informed 24 hours before arrival that we had to sign a contract and hand over 150€ in cash as surety. The...

"La casa es estupenda, tal como aparece en las fotos. El apartamento es amplio, nuevo y comodo, hay una terraza con vista al jardín grande para comer-cenar a la sombra. La piscina y jacuzi con agua calentita. Hemos tenido suerte y casi no hemos coincidido con los otros huespedes (hay otros dos apartametos mas pequeños). Los dueños viven al lado y son siempre diponibles. Todo un lujo. Aveiro esta a 15min con el coche y la playa de barra a 20min. Supermercados cerca. Muy comodo. Super aconsejable."
