Positives: Good location for where we needed to be (close to Middletown, where other family members were); perfect setup for the three elderly folks with us (two BRs and baths on main level); quiet and safe neighborhood; lower level for us "younger" folks (nice because it was cooler down there, which was good for sleeping when the upstairs folks needed it...

"The house was clean. Instructions for parking and accessing the house were not clear and that took a little to understand. It is a good location for 1-2 people and possible for 3-4 but no more than that. Not good for kids at all. Walking distance to some fun high end shops and bars. It worked out well for us."
