"The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. "We had a wonderful relaxing 4 night stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Gorgeous views of the lake ,island and mountains 24/7 . We were on the third floor in the superior suite which was magical. There truly were Condors flying outside our windows and everything we needed in the fully stocked room. The friendly helpful staff made this a highlight if our trip to South America. "
