"We loved our staying at Altos del Nahuel. We enjoyed the cabaña barilochean style, the lake view, and being close to the city and main tours was a plus! The beds were comfortable, The kitchen and dinning area was spacious and the breakfast was delicious! The staff members were very helpful, and check in check out process was easy. I highly recommend this property."

"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. "The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
