"Perhaps the friendliest hotel staff we have encountered in quite a while. The continental breakfast was good. Our room had an expansive view of the airport, yet it was quiet as a tomb. Very convenient for an early morning flight. Our only nits were that the bathroom and room lighting could have been better, and the placement of the tv on the wall made it hard to get into one side of the bed."

All employees would greet you to make you feel comfortable. Great location to Progressive Park as well as to the waterfront and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. "

"I was in town for a concert, and this was a good location for getting to the stadium. There's a restaurant in the hotel that seemed to have some good options although I didn't end up eating there. I was on a super early flight and got to the hotel at 9 a.m. They went ahead and let me a check in, which I was not expecting. The place is quiet, and you can walk to a CVS. A McDonald's and Burger King are nearby if you need something quick. I felt safe and comfortable there. Customer friendy staff. "
