"We loved this house. Location was rural but only 10 mins to Ponta Delgada. The views across the cornfield to the ocean....amazing. The kithen was well-equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Our host was quick to respond with any queries. If we were to return to Sao Miguel we would definitely co sider this house again."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and relaxing family-run hotel! Ana Isabel and her staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. "Upon arriving, we were cheerfully greeted by Bonita our hostess. Welcomed us with a nice walk-through and shared her wonderful knowledge of herbal teas growing there on the property which looks more like the garden of Eden. The Cottage had everything you needed to make you feel right at home but relaxed. The sculpture garden was such a pleasure to see! Edwardo, artist/ owner, gave us a special viewing of some of private collection. So how can you beat this? How about wild parrots flying about...

La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, une route passe juste en dessous mais n’est pas bruyante et ne se voit pas depuis la terrasse. "It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Nouvelle in Mosteiros, which is about a 40 minute drive from Ponta Delgada. The view from the place is just spectacular. I will definitely stay here again if I am able to visit Sao Miguel in the future. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions."
