"We loved this house. Location was rural but only 10 mins to Ponta Delgada. The views across the cornfield to the ocean....amazing. The kithen was well-equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Our host was quick to respond with any queries. If we were to return to Sao Miguel we would definitely co sider this house again."

"Beautiful gated location on the very end of a dead end lane. Gardens are gorgeous with sculptures created by owner and many seating areas throughout the property. Bonita and Ed were very helpful with local issues such as restaurants, shopping, etc."

"This rental was recommended to us and am so glad it was. What a peaceful place! Beautiful gardens and the hosts are remarkable. Our flights were cancelled and Bonita worked with us to make some changes. They offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and spots to visit. We would absolutely stay where again if we return to the island!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Nouvelle in Mosteiros, which is about a 40 minute drive from Ponta Delgada. The view from the place is just spectacular. I will definitely stay here again if I am able to visit Sao Miguel in the future. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions."

Flowers and art in every location of the park like gardens

"It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome."

"We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed Antonio’s home in the Azores. He provided lots of information and answered any/all questions. The house gave us a feeling of traditional, rural Azorean countryside living - Complete with cows and a lovely little horse in the pastures beyond. It is well situated and central to main highways and roads. António’s description of his house is completely accurate."

La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, une route passe juste en dessous mais n’est pas bruyante et ne se voit pas depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter du siège suspendu pour regarder l’océan en fin de journée. Le logement est globalement bien équipé. 2 salles de bains bien pratiques. "Upon arriving, we were cheerfully greeted by Bonita our hostess. Welcomed us with a nice walk-through and shared her wonderful knowledge of herbal teas growing there on the property which looks more like the garden of Eden. The Cottage had everything you needed to make you feel right at home but relaxed. The sculpture garden was such a pleasure to see! Edwardo, artist/ owner, gave us a special viewing of some of private collection. So how can you beat this? How about wild parrots flying about...
