"Location location location. Couldn't be happier, steps away from everywhere. Complimentary bottle of wine and water had us already very happy, the place is quite nice, large, high ceilings, the bathroom seemed to be renovated just recently. Easy access to the building, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and atractions. We were able to leave our luggage until departure. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating! 20 out of 10, would come back here again, too bad we didn't stay longer in Florence...
