"This ocean front properties is very beautiful esp. The ground ! So many swimming pools and very family friendly but still nice for adults to use. There are restaurants if you don’t want to eat out and the back of the lobby look right into the ocean. Staffs are very accommodating but sometimes their English can be limited, you have to explain a few times but they always go out to meet your needs. The spa is nice as we enjoyed it very much. Room is clean but seemed not replenish the little things ie coffee cups, wash cloths daily. One thing I think need improvement is the concierge as I don’t think they should be knowledgeable about the attractions to suggest to their guests which we ran into."

"Luxurious hotel with superb facilities and services. Location is isolated as expected for hotel at this level, everything can be done in the hotel with the price. Nice and big room with bathtub and bidet toilet. Food is excellent, love the crispy duck. Love the idea about "departure lounge" where we can use the hotel facilities while waiting for plane as an alternative for "late check out" which mostly only for 1 hr. Definitely will be back. "

"This place is an absolute treasure! Do not leave without experiencing the Ultimate Retreat Package at the Dewi Sri day spa! After two years, I returned, and all my expectations were exceeded. So much so that I had to force myself to leave the resort to head into the city centre to buy a few gifts. I love every single thing about this resort - in particular the people and the setting. This is a place, where you simply must put your phone down and take in your surroundings, let them wash over you, soak in them, engage with the beautiful staff, watch and listen to the wildlife, really taste the magnificent flavours of the dishes served. If you do this, you will return home renewed, refreshed and ready for anything! This is a place that will steal your heart with beautiful traditional Balinese hospitality and its jungle setting. You will see the most phenomenal array of plant species, and if you put your phone down, you will experience such an incredible range of different coloured butterflies, carpenter bees, exotically coloured dragonflies, exotic (for us) flying lizards on the palm trees as you eat your breakfast, endangered long-tailed Macaque monkeys (pls don't feed), squirrels, etc. If you are concerned about all the delectable food they serve (breakfast and afternoon tea was included in my package) then there are complimentary yoga classes, a gym, 2 pools, and lots of breathtaking walks."
