"Good and clean hotel "

"We loved our time at the Soul House. We were a family of 5 and we stayed there over the Christmas 2024 break. I would definitely recommend the resort. It had everything we could have asked for. The people who worked on the premises all had smiles on their pearly white teeth. We plan on returning again soon."

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...

"By far the worst place I’ve stayed at in Bali, the price was worth a great villa booking elsewhere! Newly established however not entirely finished. Corridor and rooms etc. Smart home/digitally controlled by app however too many malfunctions. Lights not turning off even with the control in the room. Aircon drips water. Room not cleaned beforehand. No toilet paper, no hair dryer no soap etc Fridge stopped working after random power outage. Said they will send their engineer to fix, never did....
