The team were extremely helpful in the leadup to our holiday and very prompt at replying to any questions I had and arranging transfers, ski equipment and passes. The dining was absolutely phenomenal and we really rated the spa facilities too. We will definitely be back, thank you team Héliopic!"

"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"The staff was amazing. The location is lovely if you are an outdoors person. Next to hiking and biking trails and an easy walk to the center of town. Mountain view and comfortable outdoor seating to relax. The rooms are small but great for the price and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again."
