"The hotel is slightly dated but the friendlies of staff make up up for it. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. At reception during check-out, were even recommend a place to visit, which we didn't know about and the views were spectacular! Breakfast was good as well so overall a good experience but excellent service from staff"

Great little gem

"This place is a total gem. It was a little quiet as out of season and i guess its not so touristy as some areas but if you hire a car you can do so much with this as your base. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. There was lots of snacks drinks and other essential items to purchase in the foyer. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds comfortable. The shower was aleays hot. The only thing it was missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a little onsite bar would have been perfect "

"Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient."
