"We loved our stay here for the family to start our adventure in Seoul. We were worried that it might be small for the 5 of us but it was very comfortable & loved having 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and had just enough of the basics, making it feel very homey. Proximity to a very lively area with good food & subway access was perfect! The only suggestion I can make would be that the pillows could be a little thicker. Other than that, I can totally recommend this property! Thanks for a great...

"We had a hard time communicating with the host, she said she would send us the passkey one hour before our arrival and she didn’t, we stressed out trying to call her, she hung up on us, called her several times and never answer, finally we could communicate with her and gave us the passkey, we didn’t like the property looks better in the pictures, location is not great, it is in a narrow alley that our taxi could barely pass. "The host was very friendly and responsive to messages. This was a perfect sized unit for a family of four. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. The heated floors and high-tech toilets were nice upgrades. The apartment is close to everything including buses, the subway, stores, and restaurants. Our family had an enjoyable stay here and I highly recommend it."

"When you go to the museum and see a historic map of Seoul, you can find this street in the center. It was a walk to all the sites l. There was a traditional village, historic shopping area, all the palaces, and the market all within a mile. A historic looking house in a residential neighborhood with all the modern amenities. What a find."

"It took some understanding on the shower…as it was cold water only at first. Once we figured that out, all was good with it! It’s a little small, but since we were out and about almost all the days, it worked out. The price was great! The host got back to us promptly when we had a few questions the first days. I would suggest a couple of more bath towels and an additional bathroom water squigee to help dry the bathroom floor on the main floor. The supplied hangers were nice to hang some clothes...

"Our family of 10 visited Seoul during the week of Chuseok. While we knew if would be a challenge to move so many people around and meet our needs, Daniel and Gaya were exceptional hosts making sure we had all of the resources that we needed to make our stay comfortable and safe. They even helped with transportation! The home was well located, and even though a little hilly, easy to get around the neighborhood. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories. A"

"What a beautiful city!!! The property is located in an ideal location, close to everything you would possibly want. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Not a big place but really all you need is a place to lay your head and a shower; you will definitely be out exploring, there is so much to see and do!!! We were in Seoul for a wedding and took advantage of our time here. Thank You!!"

"Had a pleasant stay. The owner and his brother were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but is compensated by the shuttle service provided by the owner. You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."

"Our large group (including 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week. We didn't have a car, but the bus was very convenient for our group. It really felt like a home that someone cares about. Very clean, comfortable beds, thoughtful design touches, and Kitae was an EXCELLENT host - very hospitable and proactive. We stayed at several different places during our Korea trip, and this was our favorite stay! Thank you Kitae!"

"The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walking distance to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station exit 12, airport bus to ICN airport is right in front of the hotel. Convenient stores and restaurants just mins away. The room is dated, there is no lighting switch near the bedside, you have to turn off the lights at the entrance. "Second time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly as I remembered. Easy and quick check-in. Convenient location to subway and safe walking distance to Myeongdong and surroundings (incl. Gwangjang market, DDP and beyond). The convenient store in the hotel is great for late night snacks run. There is laundry facility and storage lockers in the lower ground /basement floor. There is also a scale in the lobby for you to weigh your luggage. Plenty of coffee places outside the hotel to get your breakfast in the morning. Room is bright, clean and comfortable. Bathroom and towels are clean. Bottled water is provided daily. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul! "
