"隣の部屋の人にムスリムのお祈りで勝手に部屋を使われていたり、共有キッチンで作っていたハラールの臭いがかなり強く残っていたりなど、隣人との関係に問題があった。また、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ないなど、ほかにもいくつか問題があったため、予定より早くチェックアウトをした。しかし、フロントの対応をしてくださったお姉さんはとても親切で、丁寧だった。"

"My daughter & I enjoyed our stay at the Seoul Loft. The management team was great at accommodating our needs. The loft was nice, comfortable and beautiful as in the photos but the 2nd floor loft with the beds was hotter than the main floor even with the AC on, but they got us a fan that helped tremendously. We needed a blender and they found us one. They were very responsive and kind. It’s a great place for someone needing a place to work and enjoy Seoul. The only 2 things I want other travelers...

"My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable compared with that of other hotels. A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality.
