"It is pretty remote although, you can get to civilization within 15 minutes. It’s a fabulous place for a quiet and fun get together. There were only four of us, but this would be great for a group of people, especially in the summer with the pool. Lots of amenities. Gracious host. Definitely recommend if you are looking for some thing in the area. "

"My husband and I booked this for our family and we had the BEST time! The host had the fridge and freezer stocked with goodies for us, the views from the deck were UNBELIEVABLE, we saw deer at sunrise, the beds were super comfortable, the whole house was decorated so tastefully for the holidays, perfect dining table for playing cards, they even had a dog bed and food/treats for your fur baby! If we could give 10 stars we would and we will definitely be back for each season!"

"everything was good landscaping could have been cleaned up and mowed and there was a very noticeable smell in bathroom and parts of the house that smelled like sewer or drainage problems. But other than that it was very comfortable with a nice kitchen with all kind of cookware the bed were comfortable and the shuffle board table was really enjoyable would highly recommend this place "

"The place was centrally located in the heart of Woodsfield. It had all the necessary things you need for cooking and entertainment for kids. "We both needed a place to relax and get away from the Business of life and a more slower pace. That was the place. Very comfortable. Able to go to the beach and enjoy the water. Nikki was very friendly and very helpful. The only thing I missed was my western shows. "
