"Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. Por un poco más del precio se consigue lugares muchos mejor. "

"This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). "I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"O melhor do flat é a localização. Com vistas para a praia de ponta negra e o morro do careca, está próximo de tudo: bares, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes, praia, etc. As únicas coisas ruins: i) o estacionamento é muito pequeno e não suporta a quantidade de carros, fazendo com que tenhamos que estacionar no meio da rua; ii) A internet do flat é péssima. Para quem vai a trabalho e precisa usar a internet, não conte com ela porque não funciona para nada."

"Hubo una falla con el aire acondicionado. La reporté, no se solucionó. El sistema nunca enfrió a los 22°C y el día que me puse a planchar la ropa, el cuarto se calentó. Como tenia otra reserva, pedi cambio de habitación. Vamos a ver como me va. Por lo demas no hay queja, el desayuno espectacular. El gym, básico pero para mis necesidades bueno."
