For example, there should be tissues & paper towels available. And the bathroom towels should be replaced. They felt old, not soft & not very absorbent. "This hotel room was located in the heart of Reykjavik and met all of our needs. Please be aware that the balcony is shared amongst all rooms on that floor. There is no front desk staff at all. All communication is via phone or email. The VRBO listing said 2pm check-in but I was notified via email the day of my booking that check-in was 3pm. This is irritating after traveling overnight.
