"Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). "Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time!
