"The hostel is close to many great spot, the staff is kind plus the hostel is great too"

"Super sød ejer der er smilene og hjælpsom. Badeværelset var dog ikke så rart, der var ingen håndvask og vandet fra bruseren lugtede ikke særlig godt. Madresens fjedre i sengen var godt slidte så, så man lå meget uhjævnt i sengen. Men alt i alt fint nok til en enkel overnatning eller to. (Jeg var der i 5 dage) "

"The overall experience was OK, but there were several elements missing and some miscommunications that ended up affecting our stay. Now, I know that this is out of the control of the hotel, but there are frequent power cuts in Kuta Lombok and this led to very very annoying Wifi drops, as well as shutdown of the air conditioning in the room. "Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! We reported it and to the credit of the villa manager he tried to get the problem fixed but unfortunately the problem remained until we checked out. "Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). "Had a super nice stay. The villa is amazing and the views are breathtaking. Its clean, wifi is super and the facilities are perfect. Also a super kind host who arranged everything for us. The breakfast is also delicious so all in all a super stay. Would definitely come back and recommend this place!"

Beach front Bliss!

"Just absolute beachfront bliss! What an experience... such a stunning resort in a beautiful location with spectacular sunsets. Stayed in a sunset villa, and treated like royalty! Restaurant served amazing food and even better coffee! Spa treatment's rejuvenating, but be sure to book early! My sister and I xan not stop talking about our stay at Amber and are already planning our visit next year. Just be aware, the resort is a distance to closest towns +30 minutes. This is the perfect place to disconnect and breathe."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

Value for money

"Cute little resort. The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination. Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel though"
