"The place is previously called Surfers Inn, you can Google the reviews. It's a nice place for the price, however it feels a bit insecure. There's a guy always trying to sell you stuff like motorbike rental, surfing or trips. We did rent the motorbike and it broke down imidiatly after 2 minutes of slow drive. We had to change the wheels completely and pay ourselves. We also read that the guy steals his own motorbikes so we afraid he'll try to do it again. Other than that, nice pool and...

"Amazing hospitality in a nice tranquil area. We've stayed at one of the nice little rooms for 5 nights and definitively come back again. The hotel is on a top of a hill without any noise from busy streets. You can sleep quietly here! Breakfast was super delicious and served professionally! The owner made sure that we enjoyed our stay."

"Staying at this resort is like staying with family. The staff treated me like a brother they lavished me with service and smiles and they could not have been any more accommodating. The setting is quiet, simple and remote and just what I wanted. They also offer snorkeling trips, bonfires volleyball games sing-along‘s, you name it. "Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! We reported it and to the credit of the villa manager he tried to get the problem fixed but unfortunately the problem remained until we checked out. "Had a super nice stay. The villa is amazing and the views are breathtaking. Its clean, wifi is super and the facilities are perfect. Also a super kind host who arranged everything for us. Beach front Bliss!

"Just absolute beachfront bliss! What an experience... such a stunning resort in a beautiful location with spectacular sunsets. Stayed in a sunset villa, and treated like royalty! Restaurant served amazing food and even better coffee! Spa treatment's rejuvenating, but be sure to book early! My sister and I xan not stop talking about our stay at Amber and are already planning our visit next year. Just be aware, the resort is a distance to closest towns +30 minutes. This is the perfect place to disconnect and breathe."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Cute little resort. The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination. Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel though"
