"My family and I stayed at this property Christmas week. The location is awesome. Quick walk with the dogs to the beach and anything you need is a ten minute drive, if that. Due to the holiday it was really quiet and calm. The house is spacious and the yard was great. While we couldn't get the bedroom tv to work we weren't really bothered by it. "We just enjoyed a great vacation with 6 adults and 6 young kids. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. The indoor pool area is jaw dropping. It’s such a huge incredible space. The temps were freezing outside but inside the pool area it felt like we were in our own tropical resort. There’s plenty of room in the other parts of the house with multiple TVs and games to keep all ages happy. "It’s in a great quiet location and such a nice house. We went for a concert festival so we didn’t spend much time there but it had everything we could want or need and it’s a great location. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in OC near everything but not too close to the chaos of the inlet area. "

"We stayed here with our multigenerational extended family, including my elderly parents. The locations can’t be beat, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, amenities are easily accessible. Charming cottage with everything we needed for a long weekend. We especially enjoyed the lovely porch with plenty of seating. "

"Rudy was a wonderful, caring, responsive and involved host. He contacted us frequently to make sure we were having a wonderful trip and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable time.
