"The Virgina Lee N is in a great location, oceanfront, close to everything. The property was clean but needs some TLC. It’s an older home and it shows. The place consisted of 3 Apartments and you can hear the neighbors. Needs night time blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights come through and lights up the rooms. "

"The photos of the rental are of rooms from different units in the house. We did not realize there was only one bathroom with a shower. We found the other 1/2 bathroom outside on the porch with a no locking door. The unit was not cleaned well and we found something strange pinned up on the front porch. There was also no room for me to park at the rental. I was told that I could use a parking space at a hotel one street over. I appreciated this offer considering there was no parking anywhere...

The location couldn’t be better….on the bay and right in the middle of everything with the ocean 1 block away!
