Staff was very friendly and communicated clearly. Breakfast was included and it was good for hotel fare. The in room massage chair was a plus. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well.
