Owner stated they would meet me at the property vs. giving me check in information. Owner stated they were not required to give check in information until day of check...

"This was large space for groups. However it is not well suited for families. The kitchen pots/ pans were not there for basic cooking did breakfast. Living room quite nice but upstairs had a hole to the outside covered by a mirror. Has potential but needs updates."

"Our stay at Tea & Chill was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our relaxing meal on the balcony overlooking the well kept garden. The off street parking was convenient. Everything was true to the pictures and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again."

"This place has a lot going for it. It is 15 min walk from a RER and the RER takes 4-5 tops to the center. The backyard is great with the hot tub and table to eat out. The basement has games for the kids..... really great! What is missing? We stayed 4 days with my family ( 16 total, 8 adults and 8 gran children) and we do not have the means to go out or order in. We cooked simple weals for 16. There are just not enough dishes ( plates, glasses...etc... ) to accomodate that many guests. The stove...

"Très belle maison dans le Petit Pantin. Un brin de campagne en ville avec son jardin. Logement très accueillant et proche de tous commerces. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Très bonne communication avec Rodolphe et Alexandre, le gardien. Je recommande vivement."
