"Location was a block or two from the streets you need and the concert center. The light rail is right there , so not the cutest. However so easy to walk to all that Charlotte has to offer. The staff was super helpful, that was a plus."

"This was our first time at the Omni. We used valet parking and walked everywhere including the venue we went to that evening. The hotel was clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable. We couldn't connect to the wifi. We felt very safe in that particular area. The only annoyances were that the front desk guy didn't type my correct e mail address even though I literally spelled it out for him, pointing out the detail that he ended up getting wrong. I had to call later to have them correct it...
