"The outside area of this hotel is dirty, the roads are unkept, there are alot of homeless walking around. It feels unsafe. The inside is clean, the rooms were nice. The bed was okay, it was hard. "

"The stay wad good, but I was a little upset, that the site said they did offer shuttles and the did not have one to take me to the airport. I had to pay an extra $50 for an uber. Which I was trying to avoid by staying at a hotel with a shuttle. Other then that the stay was fine."

"I had a last min change in my travel and needed a place to sfay for 1 night. I had taken a red eye and had no sleep. When i checked in, i was told rhat check in is at 3 and ibasked if rhere was anything available due to my travel change and sleepless state. Ibwas immediately given a very nice room. I slept for a few hours, got an early dinner and then slept again thru the night. I'm very grateful for their immediate accommodation of my situation. Excellent."

"Great location! Right near Carowinds and plenty of gas stations and restaurants. You could stay here and walk to several different places to eat. Nice room. Fridge worked great. Pool was nice. 100x better than staying anywhere in Charlotte. Fort Mill spends a lot of money on their police force to keep the area trouble free."

"We were able to check in early, the rooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. The only semi compliant I have, is that breakfast was removed at 940, instead of 10am. We were lucky, as we just happened to get there around 930. "
