"first thing the room stunk, bath exhaust fan covered in dirt, bathroom sinkwaterran over conter, tv did not work,no smoke detector,no refridg in room,pillows were terrible, covers were spotty, had second floor room, person above was load and outside our room was loud in parking lot. never stay here again. NOT LIKE other wyndham hotels i stayed at."

"Booked the king room with the giant Jacuzzi tub. Room was very clean. Had a hiccup with the plug not being attached but was able to get it in after a few attempts. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and responsive, as was the management via text message. Both check-in and checkout was smooth. No issues. Great location. Easy to get to restaurants, UNCC and entertainment. "
