"The staff told us it's fully book when we arrived the hostel in the middle of the night. We tried to call to make sure there's bed but nobody answered the phone and email. We have paid for 2 beds turned out he can't do anything and told us we were not his first guests to have double on that day. Wow! Unbelievable 😡"

"It's my worst hostel stay in bali. The only thing is cheap but it's not worth it at all (as it's so far from town & you can't walk, only by transport).. The bed is bad, bed frame is not attached to 1 of the bar (it's dangerous for upper deck.. Well good luck), mattress sink in, so uncomfortable! Most of all the pillow smell badly (I need to use my own towel to cover on) .. I don't understand how the guest can fall asleep? They must be really tired. Did I mention? They don't provide towel (rental...

"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

"A very basic hostel with little service and bad breakfast. The toilet is dirty and mirrors are never cleaned. The only plus is the central location of the hostel."

"Accommodation booked through Expedia when hotel was closed and remains closed , borders are closed and several months later I still don’t have my refund . I am still awaiting my refund from hotel and Expedia . Refund should have been instant as soon as they learned hotel was not even open ? Shame on you Expedia !"

"Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. "Absolutely stunning! What a wonderful and unique gem. Staff went above and beyond, attentive to all our needs, clean room and bathroom, coolest bathroom ever! Firm bed and pillows but I don't mind, provided toiletries and delicious options for breakfast. Infinity pool was a bonus! I totally recommend. Manager and staff do a wonderful job maintaining property in wonderful shape. I'm already making plans to return to this adorable wooden villa. "

"We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool because of our VIP status for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We loved it so much! The accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary a la Carte breakfast was fabulous. The entertainment was fantastic. The spa services were excellent! We were about 10 minutes away from town centre but the free shuttle made it easily accessible. The only issue we found was the area around the resort. There was a lot of construction and a very rowdy resort next door. There are so many places to choose in Bali and we are so happy we chose this one. Would recommend!"
