"Scotty in the restaurant was very welcoming and made our arrival (at 9am, after disembarking our cruise ship) go smoothly. The lady at the front desk happily checked our bags till the room was ready. We stayed there the night before the cruise started (11th-12th) and were very happy to stay the night after as well (26th-27th)."
