"Booked this hotel out of necessity because we wanted to do the bioluminescence tour in Castine (also highly recommend) and the Bucksport Inn just happened to be conveniently located. So glad we did! First, the service was exceptional. They called us the morning of our reservation to inform us that the TV in our room was broken, but to offer a different type of room (2 queens vs a king). "We had a lovely time at Seascape Motel. We had a little cabin to ourselves and enjoyed it so much. We listened to the record player and enjoyed the privacy of our own little space. Would highly recommend the hotel and the town of Belfast!"

"It is a great place to stay. We love retro spaces and this is great! Lots of space, nice amenities and great views. Also a great outdoor area with a fire! Apparently they have a clientele that returns year after year because they all knew each other. We would go back any time. "

"John and Barbara are the best hosts. I use their property every fall for when I am closing my camp. They are the best hosts ever. They give you the best greeting when you arrive and are willing to help if needed. The cabin is so sweet. I absolutely love how cozy it is. The little kitchen is perfect for cooking at the cabin. And there is enough little counter space to do a small puzzle! I am so grateful they take care of me in my camp closing."

"Walkable to downtown was great! The main rental is only some of the pictures online and they are dated. There are two bedrooms on top level which requires u to walk down steps to get to a bathroom which is also shared by another bedroom on main level. Main area and kitchen space could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable. We had 5 women on a girls trip. "
