"Just as-advertised. A somewhat-quirky (though quaint and cozy) space above the flower shop on a local flower farm. My kids loved seeing/meeting the animals, which was a nice perk. Kitchen could have used a few more basics (toaster or baking tray? coffee machine?), but felt "on theme" given the farmhouse feel. Stacy was delightful, and very responsive. I failed to realize that the location was directly on a major highway with very heavy car and truck traffic. Because the apartment has no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep windows open to allow for air circulation. "We enjoyed our stay at this Deer Isle apartment. Watching the sunrise over the water and the deer crossing the lawns started our days off right. The hosts were very quick to respond with one little issue and the space was very comfortable. Only negative was that there was no hairdryer but we would definitely stay there again. "The apartment was just as described. Completely comfortable, cute and quirky. I would have loved for some outdoor space to enjoy, as the apartment was directly on the road. Our stay was during a heatwave and the bedrooms were incredibly hot. With only one a/c in the living room it was very tough keeping the furthest bedroom a reasonable temperature. Children’s toys and a smart tv were great for the kids. Checking in&out was easy and we and had no problems with our host."
