"Felt unsafe at this property. Prostitutes and creeps all around. Came back after a night in Dallas and there was questionable characters near my room. My room was dirty and smelled of smoke. If I hadn’t already lost my money through expedia I definitely would’ve left. "

"This is the oldest hotel in Dallas built in 1922 there is an incredible history and is an excellent lower priced hotel with big rooms with all of the higher priced hotels across the street where you can still enjoy the restaurants etc. Very walkable and there is a coffee shop on the corner of the hotel property. I ordered door dash and it was easy. Highly recommend, beautiful affordable and you’ll have everything you need… 😊"

"Nice, quirky hotel. A bit out of the way from downtown. Good big room with excellent bed and bedding. Got a great night's sleep. I liked the feel and ambiance, it had some interesting design features. It reminded me of a Kimptons before they changed to boring standardisation."
