"The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Wonderful view, and having the golf cart and pool were such great amenities! One of the best parts, though, was how helpful and responsive the owner Lori and the property manager Angie were. We were visiting right around a hurricane, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Couldn’t recommend renting from them more! "

"The condo was great, it has everything you need for a stay with the family. Plenty of room, all the necessities in the kitchen etc. It wasnt perfect though. On the listing i didnt read anywhere that these facilities did not have an elevator. It was only sent at the very very end of a long email about the check in process the day before. We were on the 3rd floor. It wasn't a complete deal breaker but i feel like it needs to be clearly written some where for people deciding to book to can see it....

"This condo is in the Captain John Fripp Villas, which is a great location right in the center of the island next to the resort Beach Club. There is also direct access to the beach from the condo complex. The rental price included resort amenity cards which provided access to the resort’s restaurants, pools, activities and other amenities. "The beach is a very short walk from this first-floor, end unit, condo. The beach adjoins the wildlife area so it is less developed and more interesting than some other parts of the island. The mornings were a bit cool when I was there in Oct and the enclosed porch was a lovely place for a quiet cup of coffee. The beds were a bit soft for my taste but that was a minor point. The keyless entry was a big plus"

"I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!"

"We enjoyed the updated clean comdo and rested well on the soft mattresses after long days exploring the beautiful and serene island. We beachcombes fish haul beach and port royal at low tide and saw many animsls and birds. Finding beautoful shrlls and sand dollars was an added bonus. "

"This location and particularly the balcony view, exceeded my expectations! There were great touches, including updated fixtures and decor, new bedding, and linens, plenty of towels and comfortable sheets. When we arrived, the place was impeccably clean, and that is saying some thing from me. The patio furniture on the balcony was perfect, so that the spectacular view could be taken advantage of.
