"2BR 1bath unit very clean and included soap/shampoo/conditioner as well as coffee and tea which was a plus for us flying in. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable for all including twin beds for adult children. a/c was flowing. Hot showers plentiful without issues. Quiet area, walking distance into Rockport. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and stay again ourselves."

"The views and beach are absolutely gorgeous! I was slightly taken aback that they expect you to bring your own sheets. We also had some difficulty figuring out how to get in, but eventually figured out to go through the back gate. Other than that we had a lovely time and enjoyed the rental! "

"Place was cozy for three of us but we knew that going in. Perfectly sized for our needs, sleep and quick meals. The location is fantastic, walked the dogs to the restaurants ~25 minutes away got them tuckered out. Otherwise the beach is less than a two minute walk from the property."

"The cottage was very well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was recently renovated so that was a plus to me and my family as it felt new and fresh. Location and communication with owner was great. Loved having access to the shared washer and dryer as well. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We had a great stay! "

"We enjoyed our stay and overall the place was in pristine condition. I have a couple of suggestions that will keep your goal of receiving a 5-star rating. The shower curtain and rod should be inspected and replaced when needed. The cleaner should check kitchen drawers and trash as it was left behind and caused an odor. Consider putting hand towels in the bathrooms . Great job decorating it gives it a very beach feel."
