"We were so impressed by what a fabulous job they did completely renovating this beautiful apartment! Everything was updated and modern and the host went above and beyond by providing everything you could need! The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies! We were only able to stay for two nights, but we will look forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy it!"

"We had a great stay here. Very convenient walking distance to the beach and shops. The unit is fully equipped with all the essentials. Clear instructions were provided. The host is very responsive. 2 parking spots provided which is very convenient. The space is just beautiful! If I have to give a constructive feedback I would say the towels need to be updated. They were very thin and just don't have much life in them. Overall, great experience and we will definitely come back."

"We came to Rockport the first week in December for the Christmas tree lighting. The apartment was very nice. Charming, clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect by the harbor. Gigi was a blessing checking in each day to make sure everything was going beautifully. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rockport! "

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"The house is cozy, quick walk to the beach. A bit drafty in the colder temps despite the heaters. Mostly near the back door and windows. Bedding was very comfortable. Leslie was quick to help as needed. "

"Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it! "
