"We arrived after snow so never got to experience outdoors because it was a cold weekend but the house was great. Lorraine had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, blankets and everything you could need for a warm weekend. House is conveniently located near wintergreen and some wineries and breweries. When we thought there may be a freeze Lorraine came out and salted the driveway and made sure we’d have no issues getting in and out. House is perfectly stocked and styles. Thanks for having us! "This is the perfect place for a quiet fall getaway for a couple or small family. There is absolutely NOTHING around (exactly what we wanted), so be prepared to BRING ALL FOOD with you!! There are no local stores within 20 minutes. The house itself is quaint and eclectic.
