"Very confusing at first. Address brought us to the Hilton not Home2suites. The curbs and sidewalks were deep snow and slippery. Hard to pull up to unload bags. Room was nice but outside entrance a mess"

"Wasn't happy that breakfast wasn't included. Also the pool was closed, and we were not made aware of it. Also, one elevator was out if order and the printer in the business center was out of order. Maintenance seems to be an issue here."

"From the moment we arrived until we checked out at the Marriott Courtyard Kalamazoo/Portage hotel, Front Desk Agent Ryan provided exceptional service! He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! He offered us the “special of the day” to take to our room, which was a delicious slice of German chocolate cake, and told us there would be popcorn available in the lobby during the night - great touches! "If anything - the restaurant could use improvement on the menu. I wish there were more gluten free options - especially for kiddos. Pad Thai is not a typical kid food regardless if they are celiac or not. We travel with snacks but most hotels we stay at have kid friendly gluten free options. "

"Great place with plenty of room to host dinners for the family we were visiting. The down stairs area was great to keep all the kids entertained. Only suggestion we would make is to install a hand rail on the stairs inside the house. It would help some of the elderly family members we had visiting. Other than that it was a great place with plenty of room. The open concept of the kitchen, dinning room, and living room was great for entertaining. The 3rd bathroom off the kitchen was also nice...
