"Rented this house for a family ski trip for family - 2 adults and three teenagers for three nights. House was as advertised and had everything we needed - and nice little touches. 15 minute drive from Liberty Ski Resort. Property owner communicated in a timely and thorough manner and was accommodating to questions. Would rent again "

"Great location and home. Owner was always available and communicated well when needed. Cleanliness could have been better, unfortunately in the bottom tier of homes stayed. Not faulting the owner but may have been gap in cleaning service or some other reasoning. There was some confusion at first about booking this property and availability but owner worked through confusion and was able to oblige. "

"This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. Location-wise we had easy access to hiking trails nearby and Gettysburg. House was super clean and had a great layout for just hanging around. Private, wooded lot felt secluded. We enjoyed the fireplace, large kitchen and the hot tub after a long winter hike. The game room in the garage was perfect for some evening relaxation. The hosts were quick with communication and easy to work with. I would definitely return in the future."

"The house and surrounding farm are absolutely stunning! The house is cozy, comfortable and offers everything you could possibly hope for in a vacation property. The perfect getaway to enjoy family and friends. My wife and I hated to leave!"

"This was the 2nd year our group of families stayed at this home, and it was more perfect than last year. We arrived Friday last afternoon and evening, and everything was as described. Saturday, a quick 10 minute drive and we were at the slopes for a ski day at Liberty Resort. "We stayed here overnight but it’s definitely a place we would book again for an extended stay. It’s clean and cozy with all of the amenities in a quiet town, not far from shops, grocery stores or places to eat, and the host Heidi was responsive."

"Cozy cabin in the woods, very off the beaten path (SUV and GPS a must, in our opinion). Went for a long weekend, wanted a place that would be close to Gettysburg for hubby to visit battlefields and for me to sit back with my dogs and be "one" with nature while working on my writing. Both boxes checked. Cabin was clean, plenty of area for our dachshunds to run in the leaves. Enjoyed morning breakfast with the neighborhood herd of deer that came to visit each morning. "Neat & clean, this small home was perfect for my friend and me. It's located on a farm in a farming community, but being winter, the animals were not in evidence. We did hear the ubiquitous farm dog from time to time. Love it!"

"We stayed at this home during a hard trip in for a funeral, and felt so lucky to have a comfortable and welcoming place to spend time with our kids while in town. Take note - there is no TV in the house, which was fine for us during our trip but perhaps something to know in advance. Great kitchen area, laundry room, and we were all comfy in our beds. "Our stay was pleasant. The place was roomy and all amenities needed. The views were wonderful. Our only gripe is that the owners live downstairs and you can hear talking, movies/music etc so wouldnt recommend if you are seeking complete privacy. A lady that was looking for a women called Jane actually walked right in to our rented home. We thought that was a bit forward and shocked that she thought it was okay to just walk in without even a knock. But thats not the owners fault, just poor...

"Had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. Property owners were very accessible to address an issue with one of the stairs. We originally could not get in using the steps provided, but after the incident we had no issues. It was a great space to host 13 individuals. My only suggestion is to have more lighting. I would rent farmhouse again. "

"The house was very close to Liberty Mountain where the family spent most of the day skiing/snowboarding. The house was very clean and the host was very easy to contact and checked in with us to see how our stay was going. The stairs were a little tight, but nothing that we couldn't manage."

"The property has a fully equipped kitchen with nice dinner and cookware. There's special decoration touches throughout. The large TV in the living room is very convenient. It's only a 5 minute drive from Penn National. Very convenient location. "
