"Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. My room was lovely, with a view of the Ziller Valley. The way the hotel is designed is really clever, linking up...

When the owners were called to address the situation, they became indignant to the point of being unwelcoming - a very curious position given that they are hosts and were in the wrong in this case! By the time they had apologized, I had decided to move to another location."

"Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "

"Stayed here whilst summer skiing in Hintertux. Don't ski here in summer there are better resorts in Europe for that."
