"We booked the apartment but ended up having to stay in a hotel room due to issues with the apartment. The hotel room is clean and roomy with lovely view of the city. However, the 2 single beds pushed together is uncomfortable for sleeping. We had to make 3 trips back and forth (they have a number of different buildings for rooms) as we booked for a double bed and all the rooms they gave us were single beds or 2 single beds pushed together. It seemed strange that the receptionist did not know...

Bauarbeiter die Woche über eingemietet. Keine schöne Athmosphäre für Reisende mit Kindern. Wir fahren nicht nochmal in diese Unterkunft, sind enttäuscht, haben das Beste daraus gemacht."

"Keurig schone kamers. Hrote badkamer met wasmachine. Gedeelde keuken, maar met 1 pannetje en wat oude koekenpannen is het lastig koken. Rommeltje aan serviesgoed en bestek. Dat kan makkelijk beter. Appartement ligt aan een weg, kamer voor hoor je de weg. Communicatie goed en kregen duidelijk bericht over de route en inchecken."

"Wir können uns allen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, auf Rückfragen im Vorwege wurde Ruckzuck reagiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist top, sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick aufs Schwarzenberger Schloss ist einmalig. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Als Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen. Brötchen holen fürs Frühstück kann man zu Fuß erledigen. Fazit: Sehr schöne Woche in einer sehr schönen Wohnung mit...

"Poor customer service. I was locked outside wit another guest for 45 minutes. The number and the whatsapp answered but blew us off. It was night time and freezing. Luckily we found a way in. Building door doesn't always work correctly and they customer service as well"
