Beds and pillows I’d put at an average comfort level nothing too crazy but nothing that’d hurt your back. Totally staying again for my next Chicago trip! "

"Once of my favorite hotels I've stayed at. My room appeared to be newly renovated and was lovely. Everything was clean, in working order, and very beautifully designed. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of space throughout the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will certainly be back! "
