"Wir konnten schon etwas früher in die Wohnung. Die Schlüsselbox haben wir nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Aber eine nette Nachbarin hat uns geholfen. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die kleinen Aufkleber mit Hinweisen waren super. Samstags hält ein Bäckerwagen vor dem Haus. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen. Auf Nachrichten hat die Vermieterin sehr schnell geantwortet. Dankeschön. "

"The house was a perfect place to spread out and relax, while exploring the Rhine by car and boat. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. "This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. We are a family of 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. "We LOVED our stay at this apartment, high up on the hill above St Goar... The apartment, while somewhat funky, was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed, and was clean... "Wij waren afgelopen week (11-9 t/m17-9) in Buchfink74 en hebben genoten ondanks het bewolkte en koude weer. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet uitgerust. De verhuurders, Claudia en Uwe waren zeer attent en reageerden binnen een half uur."

"Ein großes Lob an unsere Vermieter! Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Ausstattung ist topp! Sogar ein Sodastream ist vorhanden. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses! Und für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen abschließbaren Bereich. Was will man mehr ? Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

"We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay. "We enjoyed our stay. Great location, very close to S-bahn 8/9 (one stop from FRA AP). Nicely decorated. Only negative for me is that the bathroom vanity is high for me since I'm petite but still worked out. They had large bath towels that is rare. We met the daughter as we were leaving, and she was coming in and chatted with her briefly letting her know that we enjoyed our stay."

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya.
