"Wir konnten schon etwas früher in die Wohnung. Die Schlüsselbox haben wir nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Aber eine nette Nachbarin hat uns geholfen. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die kleinen Aufkleber mit Hinweisen waren super. Samstags hält ein Bäckerwagen vor dem Haus. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen. Auf Nachrichten hat die Vermieterin sehr schnell geantwortet. Dankeschön. "

"This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. We are a family of 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. The garden is totally enclosed and private with a hot tub, undercover seating areas and uncovered areas too. A bbq. A games room with pool table, table football, darts and loads of other board games. "We LOVED our stay at this apartment, high up on the hill above St Goar... The apartment, while somewhat funky, was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed, and was clean... The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the shower, while tiny, worked great with plenty of water pressure... LOCATION!!! "Ein großes Lob an unsere Vermieter! Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Ausstattung ist topp! Sogar ein Sodastream ist vorhanden. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses! Und für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen abschließbaren Bereich. Was will man mehr ? Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

"We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay. "

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya.
