"Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. "Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...
