"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Check in was at 3, but it was closer to 4:00 before they had a room ready. Front desk staff obviously knew who I was and why I was at The Hague, and the rhetoric, harassment, and witness intimidation followed from the mouths of the paid staff! Very upsetting."
