"We really liked the location and easy access to the property. The new lock system that was great once it was active and working correctly. The internet was greatly appreciated, however the TV was older and did not provide a smart option. This made it difficult for our younger kids as all but one channel was in a language that we could not understand and not kid appropriate content. The beds, kitchen, and laundry were great. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross.
