"Good: cleaned room, decent breakfast, quiet. Bad: outdated facilities, NO usb charger in the room, weak shower water flows,you must bring your own plug or you are stuck with dead phones. "

"Superb Customer Service... from the time we arrived... EVERYTHING has been excellent.. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great breakfast... Lovely holiday decorations in lobby (great backdrop for photos). The only hiccup was being wiithout water service for several hours due to a pipe bursting near the hotel. I am hoping the hotel will offer some sort of partial refund for this inconvenience. All in all, this was a great experience. "

"I stayed at this hotel twice before I flew out of US and after I flew back to US. The hotel provided me nice rest before and after the long haul flights. The hotel and its adjacent "Park n' Jet" shared the same shuttle to transport guests between airport and hotel. It was convenient, one shuttle every15 minutes between 4am and 12am. The hotel provides water bottles, that was nice, esp. after a long haul flight! The room was clean or I was not picky. It was quiet and rendered me to sleep well (b/c I was sensitive to noise). The breakfast was O.K. but with cold and hot food. The staff was friendly. "
