Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "We had a great stay on the houseboat - highly recommend to anyone considering! Dana was a wonderful host - very easy to communicate with, thoughtful, generous, and very interesting to chat with. She is very knowledgeable about the area and has great suggestions as well as insights on local history. The boat is more well connected to the city center than you'd expect (a short bus ride from the central station and multiple bus options). If we ever visit again we'd definitely stay here again! "

"We loved staying on this houseboat! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. I have a weak stomach but the very VERY subtle movement of the boat didn’t bother me, I actually found it soothing. Bring motion sickness meds if you’re worried and you won’t have any issues, I didn’t even need them! I’ll miss it and would definitely stay again!"

"What a treat to stay on this houseboat on the canal. The early mornings and evenings were especially calm and peaceful. It was definitely a great way to experience Amsterdam. "Casper is a helpful host/owner. He had a great list of recommendations and showed us around the property when we arrived. The studio was nice and a great location to the train station. "Such a wonderful place to stay, only one stop away from Amsterdam Central by train, a very short walk to the train station. Uber is also a good option for quick access to the museum district. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 very spacious bathrooms. The size of the apartment is amazing, and decor is so lovely. The staffs are great and very helpful. We really enjoy our stay. "
